Legal system is strangling U.S.- business, healthcare,individuals, families. Decades ago reported we sued 10X more per person than England. About 2 yrs ago reported- IL newspaper "we import lawsuits, export jobs," FL Sentinel "1/10 our small businesses go out of business due to legal excess," Philip Howard, Esq. in book "30% of health costs due to suit or defensive practices... latter raises education costs." All know it's too easy to sue, hourly billing hard to verify & soon thousands, outcome increasingly who can win vs fairness. Discrimination is factor, especially in criminal suits. Divorce courts often impoverish entire family or least powerful spouse, FAR better custody resolutions needed, Google- No Way Out But One. Judicial immunity & discretion must decrease, sanctions increase.
