Invite the RAF Red Arrows, or the Japanese Blue Impulse to perform at the MCAS Miramar Airshow.

Since the sequestration has cut the US Navy Blue Angels and the USAF Thunderbirds from performing. I would like MCAS Miramar to host the British Red Arrows for the Miramar airshow. If not perhaps Japan's Blue Impulse to perform.
