We petition the White House to invite the Very Reverend Gary R. Hall, Dean of the National Cathedral to perform the Inaugural Benediction for President Obama's second inauguration as President of the United States of America.
Reverend Hall has expressed a belief in the necessity for gun control legislation and is a supporter of LGBT rights.
It is our belief that he represents the administration's philosophy in both areas, gun control and LGBT rights, yet has remained above the conversational morass on each.
