Xzavier was five years old on October 10, 2010 when a distracted driver left her lane and struck Xzavier in the confounds of a school crosswalk ripping him from his older sister's hand.

This driver was fined $150 dollars and this was after a bill had been passed in May by the State of Wisconsin for stricter penalties for distracted driving.

Xzavier's mother received a net sum of $25K dollars to care for her paralyzed son for the rest of his life by this woman's insurance settlement.

Mom Valetta Bradford quit her job to become Xzavier's primary caregiver and keep him at home with her.

This ended Xzavier's dream of becoming a linebacker for the GBP's
