Upon passage, the following order must must be establised:
1. The thorough review for it to be decided whether certain programs stay as commonsibly acceptible, functionally integral, or necessary with society well-being, interest, and protection; without, special interest or to it's protection thereof that is convoluting too, excessive, moot, or unecessary in regards to the tax-payer base interest.
2. Such programs or appropriations found within the former, shall be cut-off from continued or additional funding and be abolished or purged from the list of programs.
The United States of America is a nation with $16+ trillion in debt. It's long overdue it's federal goverment make the sacrifice without asking the tax payer too.
