Invoke the "Nuclear Option" in the Senate to end ridiculous Republican filibusters, especially federal judge appointment

This petition is to allow the Senate to move forward and vote on the backlog of Administration appointments, especially appointments of federal judges. The number of pending nominations is unprecedented and hampers the government's ability to do the work for the People. The backlog in our federal courts is ridiculous and hampers the governments ability to properly administer and address pending legal issues. It also allows nominees for administrative positions to be voted on and allow the President to move closer to having his entire Team address the issues facing the Country. Key vacancies abound. The filibusters have become a matter of leverage for Republicans, not a matter of doing the Country's work.
