Invoke the Sherman Antitrust Act of 1890 Against Cable Company Monopolies for Consumer Freedom!

Created by J.L. on March 10, 2013

It’s time to radically change this Nation through the enumerated Powers of the Federal Government, as intended to be applied in 1791, but we suggest that you take into account of the former and late President Theodore Roosevelt’s domestic policies – particularly invoking the Sherman Antitrust Act (26 Stat. 209, 15 U.S.C. Sec. 1-7) towards cable companies such as; Comcast Corp. & Time Warner Inc. We, the American People, are being suffocated for the lack of competition in the telecommunications sector and we need, for the lack of a better word, a trust buster to encourage free enterprise and competition. We, the People, are suffering from the lack of reasonable price structures for goods and services with the forever cost of living outpacing our wages which are essentially stagnant.
