We the people of the United States petition the Obama Administration to put in place a stricter and more intimidating punishment for child perpetrators. Child abuse is an ongoing situation that needs to be terminated. The only way to do this is to report all suspicions of child abuse and the perpetrators will be caught. The stricter punishment will then lead to many of the perpetrators not wanting to abuse anymore, thus terminated child abuse once and for all.
