Title pretty much says it all. Many people in the Senate and the House of Rep. simply aren't intellectually capable of doing their jobs. These folks have our lives, our children's lives, and the future of the nation in their hands. Isn't it reasonable for us to make sure they're at least competent decision makers? All candidates for office should be required to take an IQ test (or some other intelligence test if a better one comes along) and the results of that test should be made public. If their tested IQ doesn't meet the minimum standard determined by the voters of the state or district they shouldn't be permitted to run.
