We the people ask the federal government to Change an existing Administration policy:

The IRS considers Viagra, but not tampons, to be a deductible medical expense.

Created by D.T. on October 27, 2016

Under IRS policy, Viagra is considered to be a medical expense eligible for tax deductions and reimbursement when purchased through a Flexible Savings Account or a Health Savings Account. Condoms? Also covered. Vasectomy reversals? Sperm storage fees? Rogaine? All covered.

Tampons and pads, on the other hand, are considered to be ineligible "luxury personal items." Sign this petition and tell the White House to reverse this absurd policy.
