IRS created in 1862 to raise funds for the war only. It is unconstitutional I am working and you are taking my money

Created by D.C. on July 14, 2013

After the Civil War, Reconstruction, railroads, and transforming the North and South war machines towards peacetime required public funding. However, in 1872, seven years after the war, lawmakers allowed the temporary Civil War income tax to expire.

Income taxes evolved, but in 1894 the Supreme Court declared the Income Tax of 1894 unconstitutional in Pollock v. Farmers' Loan & Trust Co.. The federal government scrambled to raise money. My point is this the IRS is not better than a pimp with a whore. So why not make prostitution legal?? I am out here working and giving the IRS my money and then they decide weather I get money back at the end of the year this is unconstitutional and you need to terminate the IRS all together.
