Donald Trump's tax return filed back in the 1990s, which has allowed him for the past 18 years to pay zero taxes, may have been been tax fraud. Banks forgave Trump millions of dollars in debts as he declared bankruptcies. Despite having been forgiven these millions of dollars of debt, Donald Trump proceeded to file a tax return which recorded these forgiven debts as losses and declared the right to carry forward millions of debt for future returns. When, in fact, those forgiven debts should have been declared as income requiring that Trump not only pay millions in taxes with his 1990's return; but also to pay millions in taxes every year thereafter instead of paying zero as he has. The IRS should investigate Donald Trump's tax filings over the past 25 years.
