Ise 50% of money spent in Iraq go to a college fund for all U.S. citizen students. Do same when Afghanistan ends.

Created by M.M. on October 27, 2011

I would like to see 50 percent of the money spent in Iraq to go to a college fund to help all college students in U.S. When Afghanistan war ends, do the same with 50 percent of those funds. The other 100 percent from Iraq and Afghanistan should be used to create a $2 million dollar savings account for all people in the U.S. They would only be allowed to withdraw the interest, and would only be used to fix homes, buy homes and cars, or for medical expenses. Banks would benefit from this because they could lend the money out to small businesses. There are 300 million people in U.S. The cost to U.S. budget would only be $600 million, far less than the stimulus bill of 2009. This will put money into banks, people and put people to work.
