To whom it may concern please consider signing this petition to support Japan and the surrounding nations if they are interested in providing the ransom for the ISIL Captives (Both the Japanese Individuals & The European & Other Individual.) And if possible please consider giving directly to Japan or the US or where it's supposed to go and asking for the money to be accepted if it would be used for the purpose of assisting for the the payment of those captives and providing support to victims of war in a non war like manner. Not sure how all this could be done but if you think its a good idea sign, if not I don't terribly mind if this petition doesn't make too much headway. EXPRD: 01/23/2015
