Island between Korea and Japan called Takeshima should be changed to Dokdo because Takeshima is not a proper name.

Created by I.K. on April 26, 2012

The island between Korea and Japan is currently called Takeshima in our history book. But, the truth is that the island is actually called Dokdo, not Takeshima. Takeshima is a name created for Dokdo when Japan colonized Korea. Since the colonization of Japan was gone long time ago, the name of Takeshima should be gone from our textbook. Takeshima is not the name of the island.
