Examine , Identify and Isolate the Mentally Unstable people throughout the United States Of America in response to the heinous acts being committed against fellow citizens. Re-evaluate All prescription drugs being made by Pharmaceutical Company's that Doctors are prescribing to those individuals will different types of Mental or Psychological Illness to make sure they are not altering proper brain function and making them become aggressive in thought or physical action . Gun control is not the issue here for those amongst us that are responsible owners, statistic's prove most in our prison systems have one or another form of Mental Illness. The issue here is that more regulation and testing needs to be done when a child enters school to counsel and treat those that need it.
