Without a trade agreement with China, we can overcome cheap goods with simple financial incentive to U.S. consumers to buy U.S. made goods. The increase in demand will result in a need for supply. This will lead to job creation and growth in the manufacturing sector. Do you want to increase tax rates or increase the tax base?
We can do this.
