Take one look around you and it's pretty obvious that the newer generations of life are going nowhere but downhill. That's why the government needs to issue annual IQ tests for every U.S citizen. If they score below the government's set standard, they should be sent to the gallows where the executioner will deal with them properly. Or just sent to a remote, isolated area where they will be unable to affect the newer and far more intelligent society.
