Due to recent mass shootings, I believe that the right to bear arms should be utilized by every citizen of this glorious nation. The simplest way to do this is for the Obama administration to issue every citizen with an Adaptive Combat Rifle (ACR), to deter criminals from commiting mass shootings. The total cost of arming the citizens of this glorious nation is approximately $900 billion, but we can dip into our medical budget to fund such an enterprise. This would create jobs, as 300 million ACR's would have to be manufactured, and it would drastically reduce the number of mass shootings in America.
