Americans shouldn't have our tax money going towards keeping "people" like this alive in prison. These people don't deserve life because they don't care about the lives of other people. What they have done is the most reprehensible things a human being can do besides committing murder. This needs to be done so that they may never harm another person ever again. It's messed up that these people only get some prison time.
If they're not going to be executed, castrate them at least. Don't bother throwing them in prison. Or better yet, let a mob take care of them.
