Issue a challenge to NASA to take humans to the next frontier on a time table that sparks and invigorates the people.

Currently NASA is working towards taking men back to the Moon by 2019 in preparations for an asteroid and Mars mission in the 2020s. Taking a decade to return to a planet we first visited 50 years ago does not spark the imagination of the people. Providing a real challenge, like getting men to Mars by 2019 or founding a colony on the Moon by 2019 will invigorate and spark the creativity of today's young minds to become the scientists and engineers of tomorrow.
