THE CIA DIRECTORS - PATREAUS AND DEUTCH, WERE BOTH CONVICTED OF HAVING CLASSIFIED MATERIALS OUTSIDE OF THEIR CONTROLLED ENVELOPE (I.e. the SCIF those materials were authorized for use inside of), and in all cases - that information being exposed to third parties. Some with classifications, some possibly unknown.
The key is FBI Director Comey's statement that Secretary Clinton wont face any charges in her matter after General Patreaus and Director Deutch were already convicted on similar events. The problem is the inconsistency of the Judaical Processes herein. As such a Pardon is necessary and reasonable.
