The kidnapping by a terrorist group committed to the destruction of Israel, an American ally and the only democracy in the Middle East, cannot go unaddressed by the President, especially when one of the kidnapped teens is an American citizen. It has been over a week since the abduction took place and there has been no statement from the White House or the President about it. This is unacceptable. Silence by the President in the face of such despicable evil is a de facto endorsement.
