Issue every home with a semi-automatic rifle such as an AR-15 for defense. Homes that want it and meet legal standards

I believe that every home should have the right to defend themselves in the most advanced way possible. I feel that every home with no violent background or mental illness should be given the option of having a semi-automatic rifle such as an AR-15 in their home. I also feel these homes should be furnished with a certain number of rounds to keep at all times in their home. I also feel they should be given training with these weapons. I also believe that one has the right to not participate in the program. That is why it should be a choice given to us by us, The people aka the boss
