Issue an executive action or petition congress preventing companies from trademarking our national park heritage.

We ask that this administration or congress act immediately to prevent the Deleware North Company or any future concession from enforcing or profiting from any trademark of a national park or historic monument. This act of theft from the heritage of the American public should not be allowed to pass. It is a waste of resources and insult to all of us who love and own these public landmarks as citizens of the United States. President Obama please issue an executive order to prevent any court from enforcing this ridiculous trademark of our National Parks
