Currently, the civil liberties of Lauren Copeland and her children are being infringed on by David Copeland who will not let Lauren purchase pet birds for her family even thought they really really want them as pets. We ask that President Obama issue an Executive Order to end David's block on bird purchase and allow Lauren to obtain the birds that will help enhance her children's love, happiness and responsibility.
