We the undersigned believe that student loans are a legitimate debt. As a debt we believe that Chapter 7 Bankruptcy and Bankruptcy Law pertains to these debt. We ask that the President of the United States grant citizens the right to file Chapter 7 bankruptcy, and include Student Loans. We further ask the President of the United States to direct Congress to issue Law allowing for Student Loans to be filed under Chapter 7 bankruptcy.
