This petition seeks to prevent admission to the United States of anyone carrying a passport from any West African Country where Ebola is present, where said passport shows the traveller has been within the country of origin for a period under 30 days. Passports should be checked at point of departure--and airlines should be made responsible for the return cost of any affected passenger arriving in the US. This will effect a minimum of people traveling from connecting countries (in the hundreds only) and will have a minimal impact on airline operations.
