Recently, Pres. Obama admitted that the US Government tortured individuals during the time of former president G.W. Bush Jr. - Torture is a war crime according to article 49 of the First Geneva Convention of which the U.S. is a party to. Chief Judge Irving Kaufman of the US Court of Appeals (Second Circuit) ruled that "the torturer has become like the pirate and slave trader before him hostis humani generis, an enemy of all mankind." This episode has caused untold damage to the U.S. and needs to be addressed by bringing all responsible people to justice. The people in question are G.W. Bush Jr (former President), Donald Rumsfeld, Dick Cheney, Karl Rove, John Winston Howard (former Prime Minister of Australia) and Toni Blair together with all possible co-defendants.
