respectfully issue an executive order cutting down on energy and recyclable waste within the U.S. Postal Service

The Executive shall order all paper waste within the U.S.P.S. system be recycled with the introduction of containers for this specified purpose. Moreover, the consumption of energy shall be cut back, wherein the overuse of A/C, heating & air be curtailed during after hour operations. During operating hours the same HVAC systems shall be set at a manageable limit for optimum temperature levels throughout varying season of the year in order to maximize savings and minimize costs, all while keeping the general populace content with standing in line for postal services. The U.S.P.S. will also be required to phase in greater mixes of renewable energy to power day-to-day operations with FedEx and UPS in mind with respect to the evolution in energy consumption.
