Some state and local law enforcement agencies hire based on what is referred to in the south as "the good old boy system", basically it' not what you know it's who you know. competance and ability to perfom the tasks required for a career in law enforcement mean nothing in some states and townships. What happens when all of the "good old boys" are dead and gone? Who will uphold law and order if no agencies are willing to hire and train fresh and able bodies? American states and townships will always need able men and women to protect and serve the public AND to uphold the law be it state or federal. Help build careers for young men and women seeking careers in law enforcement.
