The shooting deaths of 9 people in Charleston's South Carolina's Mother Emanuel AME Church is only the latest of violent actions in the last few months. We cannot move past racism while a symbol of slavery still flies over government buildings in this land.
The only exception to this executive order should be museum depictions of the Civil War.
