issue executive order to designate the Wounded Knee burial site of the Sioux in South Dakota a National Monument.

The U.S. needs to make reparations to the Nation of the Sioux People. The site at Wounded Knee is as much a part of the U.S. history as it is of the Sioux Nation and as such should be designated a national monument. It should never have been under private ownership other than that of the Sioux Nation.
