We the people request that the President of the United States issue and enforce an executive order that forbids any federal agency or representative to apply coercion or force of law on any company or individual to circumvent, eliminate, or reduce the effectiveness/efficiency of data encryption. This should not forbid federal agencies from seeking cooperation from willing participants ether inside or outside of federal employment.
