We seek President Obama's executive order protection for emerging free market signaling between "USDA/limited resource" farms and "USDA/food desert" neighborhoods, beginning in Fulton County Georgia. Privatizing Pigford injunctive relief recapitalizes "limited resource" farm production. Thus free market signaling has scaled to "Physician, heal thyself" proportions. According to Gene Matthews, former General Counsel/Centers for Disease Control, " If 10% of money invested in new technology was invested in prevention, a 90% reduction in diabetes, asthma, and heart disease rates and costs" would be triggered.
