Wheras the Infrastructure in the USA has seriously deteriorated and continues to deteriorate and,
whereas we have a serious under employment rate and an economy threatened by a "double dip" recession and,
wheras the Republicans in Congress have no intention of passing any legislation that will improve employment & the economy before the 2012 election since it might work favorably on the President's approval rating,
the President must take action independent of Congress to get our country once again moving in a forward direction,
President Obama should issue an Executive Order to force action on our deteriorating Infrastructure.
