Whereas Donald Trump has routinely engaged in criminal behavior,
And whereas much of that behavior is not publicly known due to Trump's repeated use of he threat of lawsuits related to numerous nondisclosure agreements, including all of his campaign staff volunteers,
And whereas the nondisclosure agreements for his campaign volunteers would be a violation of the first amendment if he were elected president,
We ask that President Obama issue an executive order invalidating all nondisclosure agreements where Donald J. Trump, the Trump Organization, or any of its subsidiaries, is a party.
