Issue an Executive Order limiting all Presidents (beginning with our current one) from abusing his or her power by issuing more Executive Orders than his or her predecessor. President George W. Bush issued more EOs during his presidency than any one of his predecessors combined. And within his first term, President Obama issued even more than President Bush did in his two terms. This is an abuse of Presidential power that goes beyond the limits of those powers as established by the Constitution.
