Incirlik Air Base, Turkey was a tax free Combat Zone from Sept. 21, 2001 through Dec. 31, 2005. Currently our military members have returned to the area to fight the war on terror. There are constant bomb threats, gun fire, and they are unable to leave the base. They deserve tax free for fighting for our freedom in this hostile war zone.
