There is a humanitarian crisis occurring in the Gaza Strip. The people of Gaza are under siege by two of the United States' favored-nation; Egypt and Israel.
We the people demand that any all foreign-aid dollars be attributed, and only attributed, to nations cooperating on the progress of human rights.
A strategy is to be created jointly by the Egyption and Israeli governments, or their appointed representatives. The plan must provide swift assistance to any and all residents of the Gaza Strip seeking refuge or political asylum. Any and all monetary and/or military aid to be contingent on the expedient and reliable implementation by both parties. If either one party falls out of strict compliance, then all aid to that nation shall be suspended immediately.
