Make America a Right to Work nation putting an end to forced joining of labor unions in order to perform certain jobs by certified persons. This allows persons with current certifications to work in the field of their choice, and do not want to join unions, the protection to work in locations that require union membership.
An example of which is non-union Alabama Electrical workers being turned away from rendering aid to hurricane Sandy victims because of New Jersey's union requirements.
