issue an Executive Order for a National Militia Preparedness Act.

Created by F.C. on January 16, 2013

The National Militia Preparedness Act would allow the Government to call up the militia in the case of a National Disaster and/or other Emergency. Under the Act all citizens of any age that own any military type weapons, extra capacity cartridges for any weapon, high powered rifles and any military type ammunition for the above weapons would need to register these possessions at their closest military installation, law enforcement office or the U.S. Post Office within 30 days of the issue date of this Act. Any person of any age that does not register their weapon(s) within this 30 day period would be in violation of this Act and face a 10 year prison sentence without parole and a $250,000 fine. Militia members upon call-up could be retained in service for up to 48 months.
