Issue an executive order to no longer accept too big to fail criteria for any business including financial institutions.

Created by J.F. on January 20, 2013

If there truly are institutions that are "too big to fail" then they are trusts and must be dismantled for the long term health of the country. If bankers violate U.S. law the size of the business they work for and their position in them should have no bearing on the decision to seek prosecution.

Short term benefits in the financial institution of this country should not override the long term interest of the free-market. If a finical institution makes poor choices they should be allowed to fail in an orderly way. FDIC can protect average consumers.

Toward this end we the people request an immediate prosecution of any criminal wrongdoing at RBS or the president to explain who does and does not need to follow US law
