Consider all Navy veterans that served in the waters off the coast of Vietnam as candidates for exposure to Agent Orange regardless of the color of water they served in including Blue,Green or Brown water. That if their DD214 includes the awarding of the Vietnam Service metal/ribbon as the proof needed that their VA health claims for compensation and pension be granted if the veteran has the symptoms.
