Issue an executive order overturning the Post Office Accountability Act of 2006 as unconstitutional.

Created by A.W. on February 23, 2013

We the people petition that funding postal worker's retirement for up to 70 years is an unrealistic effort by anti-government extremists to bankrupt the United States Postal Service in an effort to dismantle a government which they deem to be "too big." In addition, the postal service, in some form or another, has been in existence since the founding of this country and is a necessary part of a well-run economy. We further ask that an executive order be issued to overturn this act, or a lawsuit filed to see that this law is abolished from the books completely.
