Journalist and Black Panther Mumia Abu-Jamal was not given a constitutionally-guaranteed fair trial, and there is no concrete evidence indicating that Mr. Jamal murderer police officer, Daniel Faulkner, in 1981. 33 years is long enough, and we petition President Obama to issue an executive order pardoning Mumia Abu-Jamal and allowing this man, now approaching his 60th year (having spent more than half of that in prison), to spend the rest of his life in freedom, enjoying all the rights the rest of the country enjoys.
