Federal workers have done alot for the United States of America and should not be penalized with an ongoing pay freeze.
The US Government has already made a profit on TARP and there is no need to continue to freeze federal government employee pay when the cost of all items keep on increasing. Federal employees are supporting people in the private sector who have lost their jobs and this ongoing pay freeze is extreme.
On average federal employees are paid 30% less than private sector workers in exchange for job stability.
Federal employees did not in any shape or form cause the Financial Meltdown in 2008 and have already contributed to help all American people with a 2 year pay freeze, but enough is enough already.
