Issue an Executive Order requiring all branches of military service to except disability ratings issued by the V.A.

Created by R.S. on October 02, 2011

USC 10, 1216a, Requires All Secretary's of the Armed Forces to Consider All Medical Conditions of a service member during Physical Evaluation Boards for disabilities just like the Veterans Administration does, using the same health records. This is not the case for most service members. Most branches of service only consider one disability. The service member in most cases receives less than 30%, and is separated with severance pay, only to find out later when applying to the V.A. for benefits that they have other disabilities that were not considered by the Physical Evaluation Boards. Issue an Executive Order requiring all disabilities approved by the Veterans Administration be required to be approved by the military branches, for military disability retirement benefits.
