Issue an Executive Order Requiring ALL Officers at the Local, County, and State Levels to Have a Bachelor's Degree.

At the time of this writing, 655 people have been killed by police officers in the United States. This is an absolute travesty and must end immediately. After researching the issue, it was realized that at all levels but federal, generally, the only educational requirement to be issued a badge and a weapon was a GED and around 20 weeks (more or less depending on location) of "training". In other words, we are systematically handing minimally educated people huge amounts of authority to make decisions up to and including killing others when they clearly do NOT have the skills and training to properly deal with human interaction and aberrant behavior. And, as a result, hundreds of people are dead and hundreds more are expected to be killed in the months ahead.
