As an American Corporation, Dairy Queen provides a varied menu of frozen confections that serve to promote the General Welfare of the American People. Sadly, many of these flavor icons are seasonal menu items, subjecting the populace to months of stress-inducing deprivation when a beloved flavor icon falls out of seasonal rotation. The Confetti Cake Blizzard is one of those icons. Therefore, this petition does hereby request the Obama Administration to draft and execute an executive order requiring Dairy Queen Corporation of America to place the Confetti Cake Blizzard on it full-time menu forthwith, and in perpetuity.
